Where Little Hands
Make Big Ideas Happen
At YYC Studio, kids learn to bring their ideas to life — from first stitches to full outfits. With guidance in sewing, knitting, embroidery, and more, our creative sessions mix hands-on skills with self-expression.

Every project is a step closer to feeling like a real designer — shaping ideas, playing with fabric, and proudly showing it all off at fashion shows and exhibitions.
We’re More Than a Craft School -
We’re a Launchpad for Confidence
At Yuliya’s Young Creators, kids don’t just make things — they become creators.
  • Sewing & creative craft skills
Kids learn hands-on techniques like sewing, knitting, and embroidery to bring their ideas to life.
  • Confidence through posture & self-presentation
They build confidence by learning how to stand tall, move with purpose, and express themselves.
  • Public performance via fashion-style runways
Each child gets to shine on stage, proudly wearing their own handmade creation.
  • Teamwork & creative problem-solving
Through group projects, kids learn to collaborate, share ideas, and solve creative challenges together.

Meet Our Creative Mentors
Our team is made up of passionate, patient, and skilled craftswomen who believe every child deserves the freedom to express themselves through art.
Yuliya – Founder & Lead Mentor
The heart of the studio, Yuliya brings a unique blend of technical skill, artistic vision, and emotional warmth.

With years of experience in both sewing and youth mentoring, she guides students step-by-step — from threading their first needle to confidently walking the défilé (stage runway) in their creation.

Her motto: “Creativity has no age limit — only possibilities.”
Aleksandra – Designer & Creative Technology Mentor
With a PhD in Creative Technology and a rich background in fashion and design, Aleksandra blends deep expertise with a spark for innovation. Her calm, encouraging presence helps kids explore bold ideas and turn them into beautifully crafted pieces — always with curiosity and care.

Her motto: “Design is where imagination meets possibility.”
Valeriya – Creative Support & Design Mentor
With a background in psychology, education, and web design, Valeriya brings a calm, creative presence to every class. She gently guides kids through challenges, helps them experiment with ideas, and teaches them how to notice the little details that bring their vision to life — from colour and balance to that final finishing touch.

Her motto: “The goal isn’t perfection, but enjoying the process.”

Where Threads Meet the Spotlight
Every year we share moments of celebration — fashion défilé (runway), where our students take the stage in the garments they’ve sewn themselves.

From sketch to stitch, each child brings their ideas to life — and then shines as both the designer and the model.
New Year Fashion Showcase
You can also see our young designers at the New Year Showcase at Russian School Parusa — a joyful celebration of creativity, culture, and handmade style.

What Our Creators & Families Say
  • Liza Steiner
    9 yo young creator
Ever since I started this class, I have enjoyed it extremely. I really enjoy how you get guided through every step of your journey. It’s very fun and cool. I have learned so many new things, and I’m learning even more. Also, you don’t just learn how to sew; you can make a lot of stuff like macramé and more. Before I joined, I didn’t even know the first stitches, but now I feel like I can do any sewing challenge.
  • Elena Catrici
    Proud mum
Yulia is an amazing teacher! She’s so talented and knows how to do everything – and she’s always learning new things too. The way she connects with each child is truly special. Kids love her, and so do the parents!

The things children create in her class are unbelievable – even adults are impressed. And the best part? They do it all with so much joy and focus. I honestly couldn’t have found a better teacher. We feel so lucky to have her!
